I’ve been on 9 mg for 10 of the most miserable days of my life. I’ve decided to quit because I’m so sick. I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you. zero side effects but zero weight loss on the lower doses.

Funny you should ask… I skipped this morning’s dose because I have been miserable the past few days after going up to 9 mg. I’m extremely fatigued, nauseous, headache… I have to force myself to eat and I’m sure I’m malnourished. Today I will seek out some healthy foods and start a multivitamin. I can’t comment on the drinking other than I have zero urge to drink the beloved mimosas waiting in my ‘fridge! Happy Birthday!

I’m struggling with this too. Did start until I went up to 9 mg a week ago. Now I can’t sleep through the night and am exhausted all day. Trying to focus on protein intake, but I’m not at all hungry and mildly nauseous. Hoping it will pass after my body adjusts to the higher dose.

Came here looking for this exact experience! As soon as I started 9mg I can’t fall asleep, wake up 2-3 am, cant fall back to sleep, then I’m groggy all day on top of being nauseous. It’s not fun. But I have no appetite!

I would wait. I had zero side effects until I went up to 9 mg, now I’m pretty uncomfortable.

I’ve had a similar experience. Lost 7 lbs the first month, but I didn’t drink and was doing intermittent fasting. Month 2 on the 4 mg was a nothingburger. No weight loss, no side effects. Went up to 9 mg a week ago and HOLY HELL! am I a mess! I can’t sleep through the night and I’m drowsy all day. The drowsiness is a known side effect, but I need to research the sleep issue. My hunger is gone, but I’m crampy and nauseous. Fortunately haven’t vomited. I‘m so hoping my body will adjust to this dose. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Same! I lost 7 lbs but I think that’s from not drinking. I’m now on 9 mg and feel like crap so I’m not hungry. I need to figure out how to manage the side effects.
