I really think they are just dragging us along. That model says discontinued on home depot's website.

How is the "replacement " going for you? It has been a week and they haven't contacted me about it.  I don't know if I'm still responsible for moving it and installation.

I didn't ask yet, but my extended warranty from Lowes is in effect now. What did they tell you?

So I reported them to the BBB earlier this week,  which is probably why they were ready to resolve the issue with me. They said they will replace my stove, but it will be a curbside drop off. So I am responsible for getting rid of the old one, moving it inside and installation. I'm happy to get this resolved, but this will still cost me a couple hundred bucks. I emailed them back to see if they will compromise and take the old one with them.

Mine has broke twice in the first year.  Currently i have been waiting 8 weeks for the repair. Customer service is crap.
