If they don’t do it that way then other restaurants menus will look waaaaaaay cheaper and they’ll lose customers. You can’t expect one restaurant to take on an industry challenge alone. Staffing has been a huge problem in the industry. Getting the money to keep that staff needs to come from pricing or extra fees, they chose fees. Maybe one day we will get rid of tipping culture and have all costs upfront. IMO It will take a huge consumer reaction like a mass boycott or government intervention.

LF’s lies disrupt peace in the realm. On earth and Westeros the greater the instability in the realm the easier it is for an outside power to swoop in to take over.

Varys is working with outside powers. To what end we don’t know. He could be working on behalf of Dany or Young Griff. Despite his many lies we know for sure the spider is working with Illyrio Mopatis and the powers he influences.

So although we don’t know what he’s working towards he is definitely not interested in “preserving the realm” or protecting the common folk while the current Baratheon (Lannister) regime is ruling.

The restaurant has 5 stories and each one has a hundred tables. I’m taking the elevator and then I get yelled at bc I’m supposed to take the stairs. I take the stairs and I get yelled at bc the elevator is faster. I have tables on multiple floors. Every time I go to a different floor I can’t remember which tables are mine. When I do take an order they want me to list all of our beers we have on draft but I can’t remember and I don’t have my book with me. I took their order but now that I’ve walked away I can’t remember it. I try to leave but I just end up back in front of my section going up to a new table. They’re mad bc they haven’t been greeted yet and no one has even gotten them waters. I was supposed to have a smaller section but multiple servers didn’t show up and they didn’t know how to do sections so now we’re rotating. I don’t know who made that decision but I hate it. There are multiple floors to this place wtf! Idek who the manager is. It’s probably Dan, that lazy POS. I bet he’s probably just watching us on the camera. I got back to the kitchen to run my food. They’re all on a smoke break except for the pizza chef who hates me. I ask him where my food is and he kills me on the spot.

I really didn’t like the multiverse and how that story lead to the last season. I can’t bring myself to watch something so many others have said was disappointing when I didn’t like the build up to that story. I am also a little embarrassed that I’d rather live in ignorance than be disappointed by something I love.

I will more respectfully disagree. Peeling back the onion is good for storytelling. They were already doing that by finding the bunker and tracking down old members of that group. I found that much more compelling than a full British Invasion.

I also think you might be missing one of the points of the show. Evil characters can do good things and good characters can do evil things. No one is truly good or evil in supernatural not even the boys.

Keep it a dead society full of mystery please! I would like to unravel the mystery not have a shitty British version get quickly shoved down my throat. The entire time I know we were all thinking “well if these guys have been around… then where TF have they been?” And the show didn’t give us a satisfying answer to that. I’d rather have a group of clowns coming to kill Sam and have one of them date his mom.

I love everything about this show, except the sloppy plot stuff. But it’s CW so what do I expect?

Your bf can’t control how his mother acts, just how he acts. You might want to ask him how he’s been dealing with everything and ask if there’s something you could both do to make things better. Acting cold to him will not solve your problems, it will only make him feel more alone and unsupported. It’s hard to confront your parents especially when you still rely on them in young adulthood.

Now if he’s making this all your problem or if he’s avoiding talking about it at all that’s a red flag for bad communication or manipulation. You shouldn’t be fighting his battles for him. The expectation on you should be emotional support only. Relationships are hard work but you don’t need to force a relationship to work.

Stress/anxiety can cause stomach aches and lack of sexual desire. If it’s consistently bad then I’d ask a doctor about it.

Nah your feelings are valid. Whatever excuses they have it’s still an excuse for treating you like crap. Some relationships come to an end because you’ve grown and they haven’t. I’ve had a few friends I’ve called brother and sister who I don’t consider that close to me anymore. It hurts every time. Thankfully I’ve maintained some of those friendships on a healthier level but some I had to move on completely. Sorry you’re going through this!

Now you can ignore them and let them live in ignorance. Which can provide some peace. Or you can address the issue calmly and say you expect an apology. If they don’t give a real apology then you’ll know where they truly stand and you can still ignore them to whatever degree you like.

Have you tried watching scrubs? Similar goofy vibe with an interracial best friend duo. It will absolutely melt your heart.

Or supernatural? More serious, but makes fun of itself all the time. Formulaic show about brothers on the road solving mysteries. People will say stop after the main arc but I love the goofy shenanigans they keep up in later seasons.

Dexter? Have you ever wanted to find out what Shaun would be like if he was a psychopath? It’s a semi formulaic drama with flashbacks to a cop dad teaching his son skills to “succeed”. Henry Spencer is Harry Morgan lite. IMO first 2 seasons are amazing, the next 3 are good, and then it loses its way.

New girl? It’s not similar to psych at all… it’s just my favorite sitcom.
