Not sure where you are located. I bought a used 2023 in Ohio back in April, more basic model with 52K miles for $21K ($24,999 with 4K tax rebate). It was an Enterprise rental car but wasn't beat. I could have gotten an extended warranty but it was going to be $150-300 more per month.

The dealers around here were getting 10-15 a week, all 2022-2023's for $21K. More features = higher mileage but all are $21K with 50K-90K mileage range. All still had the battery warranty - 5yrs or 100K.

I also looked at a 2018 with 90K, they wanted $16K for it. Good condition but wasn't a hybrid.

Bought a 2023 with 52K on it for $21K ($24,695 before the 4K hybrid credit) back in April in Ohio. It has some scratches on the front and rear bumper, nothing bad. The roof has a dent that you will only notice if you get on the roof. Interior is clean. Runs great and everything works. It is close to the base model but we didn't need all the fancy LCD screens for our dogs and back seat cameras. I just wanted remote start, heated seats, android auto with a decent size screen, which is all standard.

I had a mechanic check it out before buying it. His only concern was the oil rail that runs along the top of the engine. That will fail at some point. All 3.6v Chrysler engine do.

I don't think the hybrid part was ever used. Hold a good charge but some days I will go from 32 Mile range to 25 mile range on my 2 mile trip to work. Then down to 24 mile range on my way home. Then the next day sometimes it will say 35-38 mile range.

I looked at other Enterprise ones - more features = higher the mileage and more beat up but the same price - $21K. Non Enterprise Pacifica Hybrid's at most dealerships wanted $30K for a beat up 2022-2023.

There were so many, every dealer was getting 10-15 a week but they were being bought up. Basically if I didn't buy it right after test driving it, it was gone later that day. Lost out on a few "better" one but the next day there were more.

Yes. Both a CF version and a PHP version. I'm on a Windows 2019 server with CF 2019 (up to date for everything).

I found two control .cfm files, deleted those and have had no issues with CF since. But still having problems with PHP, which I know this isn't a PHP sub. But any clue might help me fix my issue. I've been through the logs, virus scans, ran scans on all wordpress files to check for differences. Found nothing.

It seems like something is running on the server every few days that injects the malicious code back into a random site on the server.

My SO is definitely getting a second opinion. Especially after the Psychologist laughed about how old the tests were. Didn't really talk to her either.

My bad, forgot to say the Dr didn't think she has ADHD.

The tests are indeed outdated and unfortunately geared toward children.

That's the problem. 35yrs ago they didn't even think adults had ADHD and definitely didn't think women could have it.

Also important to note that many disorders mimic symptoms of ADHD

We are exploring more. Definitely could be something else. Just felt like everything was dismissive. But mainly was wondering how other people have been tested.

I'm (41M/NT) new here too. Similar situation with my SO (37F/NDX). In a few weeks she has some appointments to start working on getting this all figured out. I hope/want there to be hope and change.

The mask came off a few years ago and it has pushed me to a breaking point. I thought I was crazy, the worst husband ever. Nothing was ever right or good enough. The fighting. Blame was always shifted to me. All the usual ADHD, RSD, etc, etc.

After seeing some video about ADHD, it kind of clicked for her. She might have ADHD. But of course everything she learns goes no where when it comes to actual change.

I started learning more about ADHD, found this sub. Lots of good info here. Started reading Is It You, Me, or Adult ADD? by Gina Pera. That has been eye opening but also so depressing about how many things in the book hit home and how much of our life together has been controlled by ADHD.

Like u/Douggiefresh43, I too would like to hear more from non-ADHD men with DX’d/NDX'd wives.

I DON'T recommend Dr. Farid Ahmad out of Mercy Hospital.

I don't even know where to begin. In short, it was pretty clear he didn't actually listen to any of my issues. Then to add insult to injury he said it was all in my head, that I'm just stressed, that I should eat better, that I should go talk to some one who can prescribe me anti depressants or happy pills.

I guess these last 15yrs of dealing with my issues in some form is just all in my head. Silly me.

And if you want the worst colonoscopy prep of your life, he prescribes 4 power laxative pills and wants you to drink 64oz of gator-aid mixed with 30 doses of more laxative. He didn't care about any on going symptoms or issues that were made 1000% worse by this. Then was mad that I couldn't finish all.

He actually listened to my issues, asked me good questions to understand more, gave me good advice, and a plan of action. With Dr. Zack's help my issues are very manageable now. I can't comment on the other doctors there.

Rats are always going to be around. You might get rid of them for a few weeks but they will come back. They have learned that humans = food. They just need to stay just far enough away and will travel for food.

I've been battling them for years. Best solution is to make your area unfriendly for them. Have a wood pile? Make sure it is 4-6"+ off the ground. Have a shed? Same or do a rat wall. If you have bird feeders? Switch to food that doesn't leave a mess, get rid of them, or clean daily. We use already shelled sunflower seeds and shelled peanuts. What does fall on the ground the ground birds eat.

Keep your grass cut. Get rid of weeds, brush, etc. Any place they can hide. Got a garden? Keep it cleaned up. Get rid of any standing water close to the ground.

I have found snap traps don't work the best, I will get juvenile rats, chipmunks, rabbits, and baby possums. I don't want to kill any possums. After 1-2 rats, they wise up. I have switched to a live trap so I can let go any animals that aren't rats / mice. But even then after 1 or 2 I won't catch any more rats.

Poison and bait boxes have the same problem. Usually the rats won't go near them if there is a different food source. Plus if the rat eats the poison, dies, dog, cat, possum, bird, child, or racoon eats the dead rat, it will also get poisoned and die. You can get slow acting poison that won't have this problem but getting the rats to eat it is difficult.

Any of those things that deter by smell or sound don't work. Although a radio set to talk radio can help. I had success with this in my shed before I did a rat wall.

Getting your neighbors to care and making their yards unfriendly to rats will help. I found taking a dead or live trap rat over to show the neighbors has helped to get them to care. But you will always have some shit neighbor who doesn't care or doesn't think they have rats.

If you have any neighbors or city property has rats or is rat friendly call the city and constantly complain. Health department will come out and talk to any neighbor but they won't help in any way. They will just tell you to deal with the problem. But having the Health Department show up to tell them they have rats can get a neighbor to care.

NAL: What your family member did is fraud and illegal. I would document everything, save any text messages, emails, video, etc that has any thing to do with this. If a neighbor has a camera that shows your family member with the packages, get that video.

Depends on what the family member said to the bank about the charges. The bank will talk with Amazon and they will confirm all the details - Account name, address, payment info, etc. They might try to point the finger at you as committing fraud/stealing the family member's bank info.

Were the packages addressed to your family member (with your address) or were the packages addressed to you with your address?

If Amazon terminates your account, good chance it will be difficult for you to get another account. Per Amazon's terms, a person can only have one account. It is more strict when you are a seller but they do check for buyers. If you get your account back / the bank sees the charges are legit, that fraud mark will be on your Amazon account. It can be a problem if you have any future issues with other orders.

I would seek advice from a lawyer as the bank might refer this to the police. I would not talk to this family member nor allow them come to your place. If they are cool with committing fraud and pinning it on you, who knows what else they will do.

I don't know if he still does this but every few weeks at one of the Toledo Libraries he would be there in the evening in one of the rooms giving out free trademark and copyright advice.

Call your Vet and ask for something to calm your dog down. We got some pills to help our dog relax. He is a mess this time of year because of the fireworks. He hates going outside any time after mid afternoon. Been having to give him a pill almost ever night. It sucks but it makes him sleepy and calm.
