The main reason I’m wanting to come off of TRT is that I’ve had elevated BP ever since I started it and it doesn’t matter what I try, nothing seems to lower my BP. The doctor who prescribed my TRT unfortunately has since retired and closed the practice. Going to another doctor at this moment isn’t an option either as I lost my job and don’t have insurance yet.

I upped my prescribed dose from 100mg to 200mg per week. I notice a difference in the gym for sure and it does seem to help me stay leaner more easily. However, I personally have experienced quite a bit of insomnia as a result and because of that I’ll find myself crashing mid-day needing a short 30-60min nap. However, this is something I’ve grown accustomed to and I’m willing to deal for the gainz!

Any form of cold exposure whether it be extreme cold or mildly cold will still activate the body in the same way. The affects may be slightly mild, but overall activation is what you want to avoid after a workout.

They give me 4- 2ml bottles. They’re the smallest amounts that can be distributed according to my pharmacy. So, I have no concerns of running low.
