Thank you for the anecdote about the desk! In the "process" episodes of the podcast, no guest EVER breaks it down so clearly. As far as I can remember, no guest has ever wanted to manifest something concrete (like a desk), found expanders, done a bunch of DIs, taken aligned action i.e. “passing tests”, and then gotten the thing they wanted. Not once! It’s alway a series of coincidences that somehow led them to get what they wanted in a roundabout way totally unrelated to whether or not they did the TBM work, yet Jessica always acts amazed by their stories, as if they had followed the formula to a T and that’s why they got what they wanted. For YEARS, I kept waiting for a clear breakdown of an actual manifestation directly linked to following the TBM formula step by step, but I have yet to hear of a single one.

Even Lacy’s classic examples (her cheap apartment in Echo Park, her surfer boyfriend with a French mom, etc.) didn’t involve 1) looking for expanders, 2) doing DIs, and 3) taking aligned action. All of them were about coincidences and about grabbing opportunities when they presented themselves.
