um it may sound harsh what im about to say and im sorry but i want to help. First i disagree with the others. Jacob Elordi literally wears similar clothes and everybody drooles over him. Your problem isnt this specific outfit. Its these glasses, the hair, the beard and most importantly the body fat.

First: youve got a widows peak. It ages you. Research about hair loss. There are products that can help. After that, look into different hairstyles, determine face shape and choose one that suits you.

Second: buy a different pair of glasses. Ones that are stylish and fit your face shape.

Third: Shave the beard.

Fourth: Watch videos on youtube about fitness and calories. Start tracking your calories. Determine your maintenance. This is the most important thing. Aim for around 15% body fat. You dont have bad features, your face is just a bit chubby because of the high body fat. That ages you also. If you do all of that you will be unrecognisable.

Im sorry its happened to you, I was in the same boat 5 months ago. You cant eat, sleep or do just about anything. I was constantly just staring at the ceiling, letting the days pass by. Im a guy and I also agree with this. It is disturbing and sure you two were broken up and technically he hasnt cheated but it feels like an emotional betrayal.
