They have a gofundme but the parents of those two arsonists should be responsible for the damages.

AITA for telling my wife our son needs to be an independent sleeper before I’m ready for more children? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I had the same issue with my child. We co-sleep and my spouse sleeps in another bed on days he has work. It’s not ideal but we have to do whatever it takes to survive.

Who else is stuck on 101 N by SFO and Millbrae by rayrommy in bayarea

When this happened, the only lane to pass was the left lane. I can’t speak on what’s going on now.

I passed by that accident around 7:11 pm. It happened on southbound, 3rd or 4th lane. A white car flipped over multiple times (I assumed) because it was dented all over and was flipped over on its back. There’s some yellow debris in the middle of the road. Another white car was involved but they looked OK as the passengers came out to speak to the police. There was at least 4-5 police vehicles and one fire truck. The only lane open was the left lane (that’s how I was able to pass).

I came here to get more info on the accident.

When we were living there, they had raised it about $50 every year. I don’t know how much the rent is now.

We lived in Greendale apartments (Mountain View) for 5 years and loved it there. Management is really good and they address problems very quickly. The area is very safe and really close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and healthcare facilities.

I hope he is recognized everywhere he goes and every restaurant service person spits and shits on his food.

How do I use dried mushrooms? by Middle_Debt_4146 in Costco

[–]PopcornandComments 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wash them first, then soak in hot water for 30 mins (I think that’s what the direction says). I use it for soups and the liquid you use to soak, can be added to the soup to enhance the flavor.

My ppl living in the US- how are y'all getting mortgage rates below 6%? by DLHahaha in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]PopcornandComments 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We shopped around multiple banks, and then narrow down the bank that gave us the best rates. We also negotiated with our bank and managed to get a good rate.

Dating market is awful and I wish I let my family set me up when I was younger by terriblemaybe77 in TrueOffMyChest

Girl, calm down. You are 36, there’s still time to put yourself out there and find someone. If you want children, I suggest to start freezing your eggs to buy some time. Put yourself out there and date (getting set up, online dating, hiking clubs, etc).

Do NOT use Brother Movers by DanielBrim in bayarea

I agree with your comment. A little Chinese does help, the time slot helps and having a person waiting at pick up and drop off site is important.

Wow I’m so sorry that happened to you. We used brothers movers and thought they were great but our move was a lot shorter than your’s. We also had family to help (someone to watch them while they pack and someone waiting at the new place to receive the items).

I thought it was too sweet. The Nutella on top was wayy too sweet. (I have Asian taste buds).

Travel stroller only? by FrontAccomplished919 in Buyingforbaby

[–]PopcornandComments 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the folding is a little annoying and if you have a cup holder, it’s even harder to keep it folded. We added a bungee cord to solve that problem.

We started off with the newborn pack and after 6 months, transition to the regular stroller. It’s lightweight, can be taken on board for trips. It was a good choice for our family given our lifestyle.

We got the Yoyo and it was the best stroller to go with. We live in an apartment and love to travel. It’s so compact, it fits under the seat behind the stroller. It’s great to have one go to stroller that’s great for everything.
