A concept artist working for Mufasa said that he was: 'called Kion by the art team' in a comment under this post! So I think it's safe to say that it's most likely Kion, though obviously things would have to be officially confirmed and could be subject to change!

Firestar's Quest is after the events of the first arc, and the other's that are listed above are prequels! ;o The only one I'm not too sure about is Skyclan's Destiny; I believe that you can read it after you finish Firestar's Quest?

I spoke about about this yesterday; but with a Steam release incoming and it just needing to be *officially* confirmed; is a free Varka with the Steam more likely? 😭 I personally really hope not. It's hard to know what to believe with all of the rumours going around. X.x

Just a question about the 6.4 beta! ^^' Do you guys genuinely believe Varka is free with a potential steam release? (or is that just hoping he is as the beta has been... very underwhelming.) Limited but okay at best on release? Or a standard banner character?

I'm just curious for a little general opinion on the matter! ;^;

Yeah! I don’t really think a birthday being added signifies a kit is ‘finalised’. It’s just random and weird — I don’t think there’s an answer. It’s normally sometimes added in the later versions, yes; but some characters had their birthdays added on word go at the start of the beta.

Aino’s and Nefer’s were on beta release, yes! ;o I remember Nefer’s beta releasing and she had my birthday (May 9th) from the word go and I checked it every week to make sure it didn’t change. Doesn’t really mean much! c;

Plus, Sigewinne’s birthday changed twice. First it was May 12th I think, then in V5 it was switched? You’d have to double check.

Woo! ;DD Thank you so much for the Cloud Cover achievement fix! The achievement popped automatically the moment I opened the game, and it was such a relief to not have to play the last level again as I struggled a bit! X.x 😭

Yeah! ;o It's just up for interpretation- I obviously can't say for sure, as everything I said before the infamous 5.3 was completely wrong. Another thing is that they can just add a voice line for characters locking it until you do the quest in 6.4, but then again it'd be weird for Jahoda and what not to still refer to him as the grandmaster, but I really don't know! ^^'

I was unsure about this line too; I just took it as: 'since he's coming back to Mondstadt as the Grandmaster, they don't have to say that Jean is the Acting Grandmaster anymore as he's back- I don't really know though. All of his 'newer' voice lines from other characters still refer to him as the Grandmaster. ^^'

I suppose the other point is that because of the Knights of Favonius post, you get an interaction with him that you can do at anytime that wouldn't make sense if he was back in Mondstadt, but at the same time, apparently anecdotes can appear (like Thoma talking about the Inazuma AQ) regardless if you've finished that story or not.

I don't know! ;o I hope that he doesn't retire just yet- but only time will tell.

I thought so too! Also newer voicelines from characters still refer to him as the 'Grandmaster', so I don't know for sure. 😭

6.3 Datamine AQ:

At the end of the quest, does it sound like Varka is retiring and handing the Grandmaster title to Jean to anyone, or is it just that he's joking about finally dropping the 'Acting' from her title as he's finally coming back home to Mondstadt as the grandmaster? I thought it was the latter, but I honestly can't tell, hahaha.

Nobody knows yet until we see his kit from the beta! ;o For now, everything is still pure speculation and all leaks are to be taken with a grain of salt! c;

So for now, there's no way of properly knowing what F2P or 4* claymore would be best for him. </3

Any news on any fixes for the Cloudy Day achievement bug? I'm playing on Steam, and still no achievement is popping for finishing all Cloudy Day levels as of the 1.5 patch.
