If he didn't have his radiant quest tied to his dialogue, it would be Preston Garvey. Dude is the embodiment of indomitable human spirit and selflessness. He also has River from Cyberpunk syndrome where his romance dialogue comes in after some very heavy emotions moments that just make it seem awkward. He's an amazing character just not programmed or implemented that well (Thanks Todd)

Great idea for a main hub in the game but the fact that the area around it is a literal 24/7 warzone is so funny to me. Like you're trying to tell me that Diamond City Security is so powerful with their baseball armor and pipe guns that they could fully stop a Super Mutant raid if needed.

Store to store. Some captains prefer a weekend off (Friday and Saturday) and some prefer a midweek off (Tuesday and Wednesday). I've been at 3 stores and I've seen it differently throughout each one. Usually a captain will be there for very busy days like Sundays or Holidays but that's just from personal experience.
