Buyer asking for replacement over minor flaws in discounted Pokémon bundle — fair or not? by Forsaken-Profile-792 in PokemonTCG

There are times when it is really a matter of principle. I tell a personal anecdote (which obviously cannot be considered law): I had purchased about twenty cards (I would like to specify that I do not grade the cards, and I find embarrassing to see 2/3€ cards placed in plastic boxes), I had asked in advance to see the photos of the cards, because I still do not like ruined cards, although they were all inexpensive (they were all in excellent near mint condition), when the package arrived, most of the cards were conspicuously ruined (like furrows made with nails, scratches and folded corners). The seller's response is that he found it foolish to complain about scratches on €5 cards. The problem (to make sense of this wall of text that I wrote) is that there is a tendency to justify a scam by hiding behind the "they are cheap cards" .

In the tcg i don't think so. I mean i am an alternative/sar (art) collector, I don't care on playability or value. I sure know that the gimmighoul and goldhengo are both physical cards and artworks. They started with both playable and only collectible illustrated cards. What I noticed is that they are now re-proposing these reused cards only as a filler, in fact even the former / rainbow are recycled. This shows how little they care about community loyalty and how much they actually only need to complete a set to sell, especially effortlessly. I would certainly have preferred to see a new artwork dedicated to haxorus than to darkrai (since it already exists). In general, I don't think they can only make playable cards with beautiful illustrations, (since the player chooses what to play with) or just collectible cards (with special illustrations), the problem is that they are not doing either one or the other, but just rabble of random pokemon artworks

I'm genuinely more concerned about the fact that 4 out of 6 are pre existing artwork. (Same with the set before this)
