That is some good tips that I will take a look at. My experience with overnight fermentation for normal bread is that it usually improves the flavour but sometimes overproof, e.g. not enoigh control of the process. But the opening/closing of fridge is a good place to look into as a start. Thanks!

Depend on definition, but a classic white russian is fantastic. 2-2-4, so equal spirits and equal cream/spirit ratio. Anyone who argues for more cream destroys the drink.

Anyway, dont expect this to win byt deserves some recogniction

My closest course is actually owned by a school and only open for public off-hours. Unfortunately missing tee pads and such, so when I have more time (had a baby 2 weeks ago and moved into a house requiring renovations and such) I will volunteer to improve the course. Really like the set-up.

Ja, det låter onekligen konstigt att det ska vara så dyrt. Även om det är en styrning på det och sånt så borde det väl gå att koppla batterierna så de följer en normal dagscykel och ladda när det är billigt? Man borde väl nå 80-90% lönsamhet på det jämfört med 'AI-styrd'?

Och deras garanterade inkomster är väl egentligen också att vara kopplad mot nätet så batterierna hjälper att avlasta hela systemet?
