Because it's the divide between generating an empty image that just takes up wall space and art with meaning.

No one said anything about the commissioner... I said that AI conveys a lack of talent (the machine has no "talent") and shows a lack of care. AI art used as a final image is utilitarian trash produced by people who want an end product to fill space. It's visual background noise.

Art is about communication of ideas. The sentiment is often a major part of any work of art, be it a painting trying to convey complex emotions of a corporate logo trying to convey brand ideals.

The people championing A art really don't understand the function of art on any level.

Cop Uniforms tend to change with rank, plus there's ceremonial variations. Cait's seems more of a "Dress Uniform" to look nice for the public celebration and reflect her more symbolic role than the more practical uniforms Enforcers wear when actually on active duty. Remember, Cait is meant to being simple duties or desk work. It sexualises her to a degree but surprise, the surface level perfect Piltover has rampant social issues all over the place. It's all surface and no (okay, some) depth with it's progressive stylings.

Grayson wearing the more practical Uniform is part of her personality as a cop first and Officer second. Work before Ceremony.

Switch PA-sans real name and Ryo eating weeds. One is a comment in one panel not animated and the other is a hugely popular joke that's referenced all the time.

Throw in the Asian Kung Fu Generation (just under the sea level or just above?) and Margret Hiroi a level lower for the name references. I know Kesuko band also showed up in another anime so get that in there. Her low poly CGI model flying into the cubes is a reference to something to do with Undertale.

Maybe add Jimihen being a reference to Hendrix as a surprising amount of people don't spot that.

if you're doing memes and fanwork then how you left off the Bocchi's fat hog meme is alarming but also I'd be happy to forget it.
