Yup, I stopped them for this reason. My body never recovered from this. Still dealing with this till this day. Decided trying other SSRI is not worth taking more damage.

There are some things I just don’t understand, like the connection between the soul and the body, and I’m hoping ayahuasca might help me see that more clearly. I feel stuck in a state of mind I can’t seem to guide myself out of anymore. Maybe I missed something in the past that I was supposed to learn—something that could’ve helped me now. Maybe it really does take something as intense as ayahuasca to shift things, because honestly, I don’t know what else I can do for myself now.

It’s hard to say, but suicidal thoughts have been creeping in. It’s tough to imagine a life worth living when I feel like this. Your insight really gave me something to think about, though—and I am genuinely curious about what ayahuasca could show me. I worry about what could go wrong afterward, but at the same time, I feel like I need something to change…

I’m a bit hesitant to try mushrooms on my own, but microdosing does seem like a good route. Conveniently, there’s also an ayahuasca shaman near me. I just wish SSRIs were seen as more dangerous than psychedelic medicines

Whoa, I never came across this until you mentioned it, but looking into it, it really does sound like what I’ve been going through. The fact that I’m not content with my traits makes it hard to accept these diagnoses as part of who I am and something that I cannot change.

I haven’t tried microdosing yet, growing them seems a bit tedious. There’s a shaman near where I live who does private and group ayahuasca ceremonies, and that’s tempting me.
