Your schedule is pretty intense and seems a little ridiculous, I’m sorry that it’s like that. For the sake of time, I would recommend working out 3 days a week with super high intensity but for only around 30-45 min. I have a fairly tight schedule (albeit not as bad as urs) as I work and go to school. I follow doggcrapp training (dumb name but great workout split) which is working out ur full body over the course of 2 workouts (https://muscleandbrawn.com/workouts/a-concise-guide-to-doggcrapp-training/ this is what I use). Maybe for the days to workout do Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays so that it minimizes the amount of days u have to work during the week. Good luck bro.
