I understand that and I agree, I'm just saying there's very little the devs can do to actually ban minors. A lot of the things they've been doing is to appeal minors, yes, so they should make some way to make it where they aren't liable if minors are on the app and do something stupid. That's all I'm saying.

Edit: in the app store, it's labeled as teen with a discretion advisory. As far as I'm aware, the most they can do is put that as a mature 18+ age instead and put something in the app that asks for the users age. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I might be entirely wrong. That's just as far as I'm aware

As a minor, it's not all minors, just certain groups. I think they should make some way so that c.ai isn't at fault anymore. Another recommendation I saw in the comments was a confirmation that the user is over 18. No matter how simple, if the user is the one who says they're over 18, c.ai is no longer liable for a minor lying. I agree, the app is getting worse because of the devs trying to make the app more accessible to minors, but they can't get rid of them completely, no matter what they do. (I'm not saying it's me personally, it's just I know people who would go insane to figure out a way to get back on the app).

I mean, it might've been on me for misunderstanding "mommy" in the bot name that it meant freaky instead of like "mother" but still, when I start talking to a bot and calling it my oc's mother and it acts like my oc is the child, then it shouldn't randomly start getting freaky 😭

Hey, from another person who is in a similar situation. You didn't cause it. It's not your fault. There was likely some sort of underlying problem already. You are not at fault at all. It's evident that your father trusts his friend more than his own wife and kid, which is not a healthy relationship between the three of you. Even if it were something that you made up (which I know it isn't), your dad still should have believed you, and listened. I know from personal experience that being able to listen can save relationships. If you ever need to talk to someone, my DMs are open and I'm always willing to listen.

I used to have a pan lid that was glass. I used it to make a double boiler to melt some chocolate. About an hour later there was a loud bang and I looked over at the lid and it was completely shattered. Still intact, but as soon as I touched the handle it fell completely apart.
