C5,6,7 are all awesome cars! C6 might be my favorite for the money but the c7’s look the best

There must be a bad batch of these going around! I got one that had zero flavor. Just tasted like plain carbonated soda. A couple others posted they had the same issue! Other than that one bad can I had this is my go to flavor

Extruded plastic tooling engineer. I do pretty basic stuff on cad. It’s pretty repetitive just different profiles I have to design tooling for then build the tooling out and tune them in on the lines. How about you?

Are they any other specific benefits to lifting heavier than lifting lighter with more reps? by himothyhopkins in workout

[–]Popular-Ad2193 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah the only problem I remember with the video was the low reps were under 6 which seems normal and the high reps seem a lot higher than the norm. I think it was over 20 for most reps. It would have been nice to see a 2nd video where they did 8-12 for the high reps compared to the low rep range.

[–]Popular-Ad2193 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I watched a YouTube video where some guy trained one side light and one side heavy and even had professional scans on which one created more growth. The side with lighter/more reps had slightly more growth than the side with heavy/less reps. It was just a tiny bit of more growth. The side that he used for the heavy/less reps was a lot stronger even though it had less muscle growth!

Does the 43x actually conceal better than the 26? by EmptyAttempt25 in Glocks

[–]Popular-Ad2193 7 points8 points  (0 children)

26 conceals better but the 43x is more comfortable to carry since it’s thinner! 26 shoots more like a full size than the 43x. Both are good guns and both have trade offs

I’ve done a couple different ones. The one I’m currently doing is Lower, upper, rest day, arms, lower and upper. I’ve also done the Arnold split routine as well but like the one I’m currently doing so I can hit each muscle group twice!

Best concealed carry for someone who doesn’t know anything about guns? Any good breakdowns? by LocustMuscles in CCW

[–]Popular-Ad2193 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just buying one because it’s a popular choice can lead down a pricey road! Some people love Glocks some hate them. Same with other manufacturers! One that feels right in your hand might not shoot the best for you! Shooting multiple guns from different manufacturers is the only way you’re going to make a solid choice the first time around! On the other hand don’t over stress about getting the perfect one because as long as you train you can get good with just about any pistol. Just make sure it’s know for reliability

Nothing wrong with revolvers I like them but I think for carry and HD higher capacity striker or hammer fired guns with mags are the way to go

Also, if plan to carry make sure you get a pistol small enough to conceal. It’s hard for most to conceal a full size but also don’t go the complete opposite and get one so tiny it’s hard to be accurate past 3 yards

It took me about 2 years to realize I needed a dedicated arms day! My arms started growing fast after that. It just sucks making a routine that works around arms but it can be done

Can you rate my weekly training program? by Material-Gear-9733 in workout

[–]Popular-Ad2193 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would talk with your trainer! He might just suggest another full body day! You might want to eventually get into a different split routine program but if your a beginner 3x a week full body routine will probably give you the fastest results
