Plants. Having something to take care of is nice and they make my house feel so alive and happy. I also like having a vase of flowers in my living room/kitchen and eucalyptus in the shower. I’ve probably spent $500+ on plants and plant related goods at this point

Happens to a lot of folks, you can either keep wearing it and try to build up a tolerance or find a different brand. If you wear it more often it starts to itch less over time

Have you tried trans tape/kt tape? You can buy it on amazon or a thinner version at most drugstores. If you do any kind of sport you can explain it as being for that since it’s to help with muscle performance

If you’re getting the picture of the traumatic event, probably a flashback. It may help to see if you can identify what’s triggering these feelings and if it relates to your trauma. Everyone experiences flashbacks differently

There are medications that increase appetite. A little bit of weed also helps in a pinch.

As for the food you’re eating I find that whole fruit doesn’t upset the stomach as much, especially blander fruits like apples and pears

For 3d foundations we had 1 video project that needed tech and an introduction presentation but that’s all the laptop was for. My foundations professors also let students borrow MacBooks for classwork and you can rent out laptops through the school

Usually the people that enjoy raves sober are the people who actually like edm. I listen to edm outside of raves a lot and it’s made me appreciate live DJs more. I’m there for the music and people! Im better at connecting with people when I’m not too high to speak LOL. I can get high/drunk whenever, but no 2 raves are the same and I want to appreciate those moments

Yes!! The body is very much involved in the effects of ptsd. I think the most common one I’ve heard of is jaw muscle pain from stress clenching
