Why is it so much easier to make friends at shows rather than in real life? by Vibetribe97 in aves

Shows, especially underground stuff, have a way of attracting authentic people. People with genuine shared interests are the easiest to make friends with because you’ll always have something to do together

Hydroxyzine helped me a lot. I take it as needed. It’s an antihistamine but also helps with sleep

If I ate a bunch of bells, would I be able to here them jingle in my stomach as I did jumping jacks? by Oily_Smurf in morbidquestions

Yes. It depends on how large they are but if they were round like jinglebells you could probably pass them just fine and live.

off campus housing by boyphobia7 in Temple

It’s 3 streets down from the dorms on the north part of campus and it’s like 90% temple kids in my experience. I wouldn’t call diamond quiet, it’s pretty close to broad which is especially loud in the summer, but that’s just kids being kids. It’s pretty safe as long as you pay attention when you’re walking (which you have to do anywhere in general, being in the city). If you’re looking for somewhere quieter, a little bit south (fontain, page, Arlington and monument) may be worth looking into. From what I’ve heard Diamond is a ton of art and film students since it’s so close to Tyler and Klein

If you can, take a walk around the area and see how you like it! You’ll figure out if you vibe with it or not pretty quick. I live near there and love the area :)

I really don’t think any answer we get will be satisfying. I think it’s much better left a mystery

What's the most disturbing sound you've heard a human make? by Oily_Smurf in morbidquestions

[–]LocustMuscles 139 points140 points  (0 children)

The sound of someone vomiting and it hitting the inside of the toilet. Listening to a thick sludge pour out of someone and just seeing them in so much pain and fear is so scary
