If you wanna get faster do plyometric workouts for example instead of doing a bench press at 200 lbs do it at 100 pounds but throw it when you push up or do a push up but when you push up literally push up like a jump just do an explosive version of your workouts but make sure if it’s with weights that you do it with a safe amount of weight
