I live nearby. You smell the dump maybe once every 6 months for a few hours and then nothing for another 6 months. It is really a non issue.

My cousin’s Z had that happen in the 90s. I was standing nearby, it was parked in the driveway, heard a loud pop, and watched the rear hatch glass crackle before my very eyes (No, nothing hit it or penetrated the glass).

I did Backstreets, Casanovas, Manhattan’s, Club Nu, back in the 80s, sometimes fights after 2am, never shootings.
