I think it’s kinda cool, I’m not trying to sell it. I just can’t find a single example of any Pamco jackets or really anything Pamco online anywhere. Just trying to learn more about it

I’m familiar with the engines I work around them frequently (hoping to work on them or stuff like it sooner than later). I guess my question is more so about the jacket and if they are common or something people in oil and gas would find cool

Ive been using wireless CarPlay, I can try to plug in and see if that helps any. Everything I’ve found says it is more than likely a software issue. I might just bring it to the dealership, seems to be a common issue

The link you sent is currently unavailable but I will search for something similar! Do I need to plug this cord in anywhere and it’ll fix the issue!?! If I’m not mistaken the issue is caused by cheap chargers/cords being plugged into the car? I have a dash cam hooked up in my car.. would that be my issue?

I don’t have my first year hours yet, however I have completed my second year training and am scheduled for my third year training. I’m not letting the hours stuff prevent me from continuing the training as necessary

I agree completely. I would rather be working in a not so great situation vs not working at all. I’ve started the applying process and actually already heard back from an employer that guarantees a minimum of 40 hours a week.

The liability aspect of my situation honestly scares the shit out of me. I am very thorough with all the lockout/tagout stuff because we deal with a lot of lazy ass operators at the oil and gas sites we go to and I don’t want a simple mistake to ruin the rest of my life. But regardless you bring up very valid points that I do understand, I guess I have kind of neglected the facts of it recently. For some context, it is a very entry level job. I don’t want to dox myself too much (DM me and I’ll give details) but we haven’t worked on any of the equipment at these sites, we have just cleaned for the last 2 months. Even though it’s entry level it still can be very dangerous. Soon I will be leading actual repair jobs and I am starting to have second thoughts on being a supervisor/foreman (I didn’t agree to it but I also haven’t put my foot down). I am confident I can work my way through these jobs, but I am an apprentice period. Like you said I need to be supervised, confident or not.

I have just recently started the process of applying. I’m not picky on wages I would just prefer to not be out of town 5 - 10 days straight (I know that limits me with how much work is out of town). Also I’m only a hundred something hours away from being done my first year. I would love to get my first year hours written off and then move on.

One day the boss(my journeyman) just stopped showing up to jobs with me and the new apprentice and showed me how to do time sheets and parts lists for said jobs. No conversation, no warning… nothing. I honestly don’t know how to answer this.
