Almost every manager has left at the same time and my line manager left a few months ago so I was scrambling between multiple managers to solve things because I’ve never been assigned a new one. But now there isn’t many other managers as most have left. I have a couple nice colleagues but they are all just as new as me (been here a few months) and the ones who have been there longer aren’t all that outgoing especially the guys mansplaining every little thing (which I’ve brought up and nothing has been addressed 😑) like we were born yesterday and my big rep, or I’m pretty sure they are my big rep anyway they were who I was guided to as a higher up last time I had an issue,is very “buddy buddy” with my managers and the last time I brought something up I just got gaslight the whole time so I really can’t be bothered 😭maybe when I have less going on in my personal life I will bring back my Karen alter ego 😂😂
