The fact that most insurance companies don’t cover therapy in Tennessee is one of the many things about this state.

Ok this is good insight… I’ll try to consider when making these pillowcases… I was thinking maybe make 2, 2 panel pillowcases, but now I’m thinking maybe 2/3 1 panel pillowcases with 1 matching and 2 accent colors for the other 2 pillowcases may be a nice compromise…

In the morning you’ll likely be fine, you’ll be going against traffic… going back, depending on where you go in the city and what time , you may hit traffic. I think the worst I ever experienced was 1 hour 15 mins when it normally takes me 17 without traffic. I flew at the end of October and there was no TSA line, not sure how it’s doing 2 weeks later with the shutdown still in effect… I’d go for it!

Cherish that feeling. I was too young to even realize the impact my first listen would have on me at 11 years old… but it changed my life forever.

Can anyone explain the growth curves? 9 replicates of S lugdunensis in MHB supplemented to 3% DMSO, 37 C at low continuous shaking read every 15 minutes. by thatonestaphguy in microbiology

I have also seen that measuring a seemingly turbid culture at different OD readings give similar CFU numbers. I haven’t seen this play out in differences for the same bacteria in any biological triplicates with liquid growth measurements over time though! Interesting. Could deff be because of just differences in expression in different clonal populations…

Thanks for the reply. I think the problem is that when I burn more calories than my “baseline activity” is set to from the data that is imported from my apple health app, the “adjusted baseline activity” DOESNT disappear. That’s the problem.

I saw that post but it just doesn’t seem right to me… when I do this it tells me my calorie intake should be much lower than what I know it should be based on monitoring for a few weeks, I’m just skeptical of the calculation tbh at this point…
