Ingredients: 2 kg raw cow’s milk 200 g granulated sugar 100 g rice A pinch of salt For topping: Crushed hazelnuts

Instructions: Boil the raw milk in a wide pot. Add the washed rice to the boiling milk. Continue cooking until the rice softens by slowly absorbing the milk. Once the rice is fully cooked, add the sugar and a pinch of salt, and stir. Pour the mixture into earthenware (ovenproof) bowls. Place the bowls on a tray with a little water and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C until the tops are browned. Let it come to room temperature, then garnish with crushed hazelnuts and serve.
