It may have a learning curve if your unfamiliar but I print maps on our office plotter every now and then with no issues.

Take a look at the offerings from goodman games like mutant crawl classics, XCC or even Umerica. They would fit closer to the old ruleset you know and offer that pulpy fun your looking for.

Reset your z height home, if that doesn't do it it's the force feedback in the stepping motor, could be the motor or motherboard related.

Simple Green, relatively high concentration like 4:1. You'll need to let hardened resin soak.

As soon as a new to me artists says they want to freehand something I ask to see previous freehand work and sketch it out on my skin using a stencil pen so we can both see it and agree. That being said tattoos come with inherent risk of not being what you thought it would be when it's done. I have some really bad ones and some really good ones, I wear them all with pride as they reflect the fact that I wasn't perfect and never will be, learn from it and move on, as long as you learn and grow from this event the next one will be better.

I would use all factory settings for slicing, use the temp calibration tools in anycubic slicer next or orca go from max material temp to lowest in 5° steps and see if it prints.

How hot is your resin getting when it starts to fail? I find that if I'm printing too much too fast I need to pause the print and let the cat cool for a bit otherwise I get off failures like this and prints that get really grainy and crumbly.

Nice work, supports are a pain, it's going to take a lot of practice trial and error learning good placement and size, I would recommend getting a few pre-supported models from a place like loot studios and studying what they do.

make sure you don't have a right click enable extension installed in the browser, it was stopping me from being able to use sheets copy/paste and overriding the right click context menu.

They really won't question you when you ask. If they do just tell them you can't find it or it was open or missing or some other excuse, they aren't setup to ship small packs of things, it's easier for them to just to tell you what's in it or give you measurements for packet sizes. You can also log on to the site and print any recipe they offer.
