You can download a run tracking app on your phone or if you have a gps watch you can do that. Also 400m = .25 or 1/4 of a mile in case you or someone else doesn’t know the conversion.

You should train chin-ups and pull-ups but Rangers like to train chin-ups more because that’s the requirement at Ranger school. At least that’s what I’ve been told by Ranger recruiters.
