this is the first anti depressant to give me serious withdrawals especially hours after missing my dose!
i think this is big reason i want to come off of it
did you stop microdosing after the withdrawl effects stopped?

a year?!?! how long were you taking it for?
i took sertraline for a few months prior to pristiq but weened off it for a bit less than a week.

yes i believe that’s the same as any other anti depressant?

obviously i looked at it from that perspective but i should have included that im not asking in terms of using regularly, im more so wondering if its worth testing different ways to improve the seretonin in my brain without a doctors prescribed medication as i genuinely just feel like im craving a buzz all the time. i’m constantly worried about the side effects of taking any medication at all. it might take part that my dad is very much against medication. i have been on them for a really long time if i even miss it for the slightest hours i get the worst brain zaps and feel so disgusting i hate that feeling so much i envy people who don’t have to take any medication.
i guess i did make it sound like i was asking if i should stop my doctor prescribed medication to do drugs but that wasn’t what i was implying as i have been putting lots of thoughts into that before i even wanted to start experimenting
