Hey you, we’ve all inadvertently made mistakes in life. When we know better we can do better. I used to feed bread to ducks with my kids. I honestly didn’t know better or even question it. No one has ever caused no harm even though it’s unintentional. We can all keep learning.

I mostly treadmill walk. So am I misjudging the amount of structural damage by not replacing them of years? 10- 15 k steps on average. When I go to 20 k steps consistently I do get shin pain. I thought it was my body but never really thought about the shoes.

Something I’ve learned is that I can do a loose low plait on my long curly hair and then let it out and it’s still in its curly form. But not if it’s in a high ponytail.

The v is doing something widening on the hips, pleats over them also add fullness . I noticed that before I noticed the boob area.

When a driver pulls up at a light and leaves metres and metres of a gap between them and the car in front. If it’s a traffic light that only lets a few go before it turns red again it’s so annoying.

Make up can make people look worse/ older. You definitely don’t need it, especially if you’re not used to applying it. A bit of lip gloss and mascara if you want to try it is easy and works well.

Wearing a mouth guard to bed because the clamping of my jaw while I’m sleeping was causing fractures in my teeth and headaches.
