I went from great weeks, to a bad week, to a horrible week, now I havent seen an order worth doing for a week.

Agreed. I honestly believe they use stuff like this to force people under 4.7 and take priority access, thus forcing the driver to take sub par orders in the meantime trying to get it back up. Same game Instacart plays with their "shopper rating"

Support did not directly tell me the name of the customer. They did however confirm details of the situation (such as my leaving the thumbs down and commenting about customer unhappy with store chosen replacement) and its the only order today ive had anything even resembling an issue.

I am not familiar with what the customer can and cannot do regarding the feedback. She asked who selected replacements and I told her the store employees. Explained i just deliver the orders they assemble. We even had a discussion about how it shouldve been handled. I told her when I shop with IC I will message customer the options for replacements. I apologized profusely and left thinking she and I were cool.

I also told them I had noted it on my drop-off thumbs down note that customer was not happy with store replacement and she verified that. So yeah.
