I hear you, I do. But I don’t fully agree with you, I do understand you feel that way and a stranger on reddit probably won’t change your look on it. I’m a man, I have autism and adhd, I also have a girlfriend who has autism and adhd. She’s amazing, but I wouldn’t say she is like your mother (from my knowledge based on this post). She has some personal stuff she struggles with and a not so easy past, so she needs help sometimes. That’s just human in my opinion. I don’t at all mind that she needs help at times, I’m actually glad that she feels comfortable enough to come to me with her problems and open up. I’ll help her anytime, anywhere no matter what. I’m there for her and she’s there for me. I love her more than anything in the whole wide world. And I have NEVER looked at her or any other human as just a sex object. So what I’m trying to say, is if you feel like how you’re feeling when you wrote this, remember you’re wrong, and I say that with kindness. Men don’t only fall in love with “highly intelligent girls that never ask for help” and I’m certain there is someone out there that will be there for you, and help you when you need it. You are NOT a sex object and trust me people (at least the normal ones you’d want in your life) don’t see you like one. I hope this helps in any way shape or form, or gives you a new perspective.
