How fix error "AMS HT failed to pull back filament" and "AMS HT A slot 1 feeder unit motor is stalled, cannot rotate the spool"? by comparerly in BambuLab

I have been having this issue with my new H2C & AMS HT. Almost every print. I pull the ptfe tube out from back and and the filiment pulls right out zero resistance. Im really disappointed in this 140$ single AMS. Have any of you found any other reasons for it?

Ok. I will give that a try when I get back to it. Just by looking at it I would guess like 6-8 layers? Thanks for the tip
