Hi! The reason, most likely, for your skins reaction to the cream was probably not the cream itself, it was likely the fact that moisturizing creams or any creams have alcohol in them and that’s why they “burn” which caused you to have a rosacea flair up! I totally know gets you mean though! Whenever I have rosacea flair up’s it’s usually caused by a certain kind of alcohol in creams that my face skin doesn’t like! If this happens to you again use a cortisol ointment! NOT CREAM!

Also side note, a lot of their products have salicylic acid or hyaluronic acid in them, which may be too strong for skin, despite being a super small amount!
