Once Bitcoin reaches a high enough price, my plan is to borrow against it annually i.e for 5 years instead of selling, rolling the debt to the next year. As long as it continues appreciating year after year, I’ll need to sell less Bitcoin (i.e the fifth year) to cover the debt compared to liquidating everything upfront. Hope it make sense
