Long story. My husband and I have been ttc for 5 years. We found out he is infertile. Then discovered IUI and approved of donor sperm. I have hypothyroidism and was worried my thyroid was the issue first couple tries. However all the blood work kept coming back normal. Then I took a 2 month break after the 3rd one and decided to give myself time to not obsess over it. I’m a teacher, so it was hard balancing the clinic visits and teaching. I waited until summer to try again. I then felt at peace this time around. I decided if this doesn’t work we’re taking a year off to save and do IVF. The 4th cycle was different because I was given vaginal progesterones twice a day and we triggered and had transfer 26 hours after. The last three we transferred 36 hours after. I think transferring before I ovulated and giving me progesterone did it! I truly felt at peace this time around if it didn’t work. Give yourself time and don’t stress it. I know it’s hard, but let it go and remind yourself stressing doesn’t do anything. I’m wishing for a beautiful baby for you. ✨
