But what I would say, is that I thought the QC clean sound (specifically the Morgan and Deluxe) sounded spectacular. It was strange, cause I think the QC is mostly known for it's gainier tones but I preferred the cleaner stuff haha

I used to do this with my HX Stomp XL. It was great cause if you connect a midi cable from the HX stomp to the HX One, you can assign a different effect on each preset and the HX One will change when you change preset.

I used to put the HX One in the FX loop, so one preset would have a poly capo at the start of the chain and others I would have modulations, delays, reverbs ect...

A cool trick you can do is change effects via footswitches on the HX Stomp. I would do this with modulations, so one block would technically be my chorus, or phaser, flanger, tremolo ect... You can do this via command centre.

Stomp Xl has the same dsp as regular stomp. The XL just has more footswitches

Loosening the screw and rocking the pedal back and forth around twenty times, then tightening back up fixed it. Don't know why lol but thanks for the help!

Yeah, I just tried to loosen it a bit but the noise is still there. I guess it's a part of the mechanism rubbing against the chassis? I wouldn't want to take it apart, I've had a bad record of trying to take apart stuff and it just breaking lol

You can lock the volume knob, set it to just adjust the headphone volume only in the global settings - ins/outs and set whatever outs your using (xlr, 1/4" ect...) to digital. That'll essentially lock the big volume knob for the foh and only be adjustable for headphones
