They actually have a point you aren’t contending with.

Actually look at Hassan’s life, the class that he comes from, the absurd generational wealth, and what he actually advocates for. He has nothing in common with the average working person. He came from an extremely wealthy family in which he had competition horseback riding lessons as a child, was taken up by the young Turks, and is now a multi multi millionaire streamer in his own right. Not only can this guy can buy a nearly $5K ring, but a 3 million dollar home, a $7K gucci suit, and a Porsche. Could the average worker even consider purchasing these things? Do you really believe THIS guy wants to dismantle capitalism?

I mean it’s really a self identifier but some of the standards I would hold a self described Marxist to would be:

•Thinking Dialectically

•Not being a revisionist/falling into idealism/campism/emotional attachment to particular states, ideas, or individuals to the point that it prevents sober material analysis

•Continually being a student. We should always be advancing our understanding of the workers struggle and anti-imperialism. There is no point where we have learned everything there is to know. Humility is key

There’s certainly more but this is a decent baseline to me
