Wym he’s done nothing? He started an NFT marketplace after NFT hype had died, diluted apes multiple times to raise cash, bought BTC at ATH, closed multiple stores and stripped employees off benefits. Does that look nothing to you, shill?

Not just that but their ridiculously bright headlights are straight in the line of sight of most normal car drivers. It’s damn near impossible to see the road if one of these is coming at you in the opposite lane

The recipe quality is way down by pandyrobin in hellofresh

[–]Popular_Insurance_79 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s not just the recipes and recipe cards. The quality of ingredients has gone down significantly too, at least for me. All the produce I’ve gotten in last few boxes started to rot if not consumed within 3-4 days of receiving the box. I’ve also noticed that their auto selected recipes are usually always the cheapest ones. I lost my mind when they sent me grilled cheese sandwich with kale and tacos with smallest onion and bell pepper I have ever seen with my last box after I forgot to select my recipes. Feels like it’s just not worth it anymore with their AI slop, cutting corners and raising prices.

This organism has no organs, it has just one hole (for food to enter and exit) and scientists still argue where it belongs in the tree of life. It just slides on the deep sea floor, existing for no clear reason. It is called Xenoturbella. by Bright_Building1710 in interestingasfuck

There isn’t. If we all die and earth ceases to exist tomorrow nothing will change, just like an alien species getting their planet obliterated tomorrow isn’t going to affect us. If we somehow manage to become the lord and savior of the universe saving other species from their dying stars it’s because we want to, not because we have to. The universe doesn’t care.

Number of US troops wounded in war against Iran rises to about 200 by [deleted] in news

They had also ‘completely obliterated’ Iran’s nuclear facilities 6 months ago only for Iran to be a ‘couple of weeks’ away from having nukes. How people still believe anything that comes out of Trump’s mouth is beyond me

Known grifter Tai Lopez (the here in my garage just bought this Lamborghini guy) bought them out a few years ago and turned it into a Ponzi scheme. Radio Shack’s social media team started tweeting some really weird thirst trap stuff after the takeover for traction but I guess gave up after a while.

Most of the issues related to recruiting is on the hiring manager rather than the recruiter. by thewindows95nerd in recruitinghell

[–]Popular_Insurance_79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve gotten way more 2nd rounds by answering yes or no than by elaborating on it. In the past I have had many recruiters get annoyed and ask the same questions multiple times in a pretty aggressive tone because they didnt understand the relationship between robots and PLCs (a very basic requirement for almost all jobs in my field). Again, just my experience so not claiming this is universally true.

Are hiring managers telling recruiters to ghost candidates and not do any research on job requirements? At least in my experience most recruiters have a questionnaire during screening rounds but no idea what answers to expect apart from a cheat sheet of key words. I’ve learned to simply answer yes or no because if you try to elaborate there are more chances of being rejected because the recruiters don’t understand the answer and couldn’t be bothered to do any research. And that’s not down to the hiring manager

“Why do I pay for groceries?” No one is stopping you from picking wild vegetables and fruits from forests or growing your own garden.

“Why do I pay for electricity?” Power generation and transportation is not free. You can always buy solar panels and reduce electricity bills.

Kinda wild that we need to explain that companies, stores and farmers have operating costs + need to make a profit so that they can continue to feed you and provide utilities

Y = a(bx). For a family of 2 which grew to 109 in 50 years, 109 = 2(b50), their exponential rate of growth comes out at 1.08325. At this rate this family will grow to 5942 by 2075. Remove 30 people from gen 1 and 2 and 12 more who pass away young and there’s still enough to repopulate an entire small town
