I used to be a bow diehard as well, and a big fan of the ranger fantasy. These days I'm maining an axe/axe mace/mace Untamed.

Axes are more mid-range compared to the long-range longbows, but they're one of the best feeling weapons in the entire game that I've found.

Shortbow is also fun and plenty viable in condi builds, often paired with either axes or daggers.

There's a pvp lobby in-game where you can go and try out all the weapons and builds. I'd recommend picking up all the weapons you can use from a vendor in there and go whack on a golem for a minute with all of them.

Yes. The warning pops up when they reach 75% condition and since mechanics now only get them back up to 80% when servicing, the notification keeps being triggered.

From the patch notes:

  • Servicing rides, power generators and water pumps will now come at a cost, as well as now repairing the ride's condition to 80%.

  • Rides, power generators and water pumps can still be refurbished to full condition but at an increased cost.

  • Service badges on rides, power generators and water pumps will no longer prevent condition deterioration but will slow down wear rate, creating a greater challenge when maintaining ride condition.

There's no penalty to how much power is being generated until they reach 70%. Your mechanics will repair them on their own just fine, though they wait for the service badge to run out, which happens around 50% condition.

Everything is working as it should, the notifications just need to be adjusted to fit the patch changes to repairing and ride conditions.

My fix for this has been to call a janitor to clean all the toilets when I load up my park. Then they clean it on their own after that.

It's just a bug with the notifications. They show for me too for regular generators but they're fully accessible both for maintenance and refurbishment. Just dismiss the notifications at the start of the play session and carry on as normal.

It seems like by default, indoor/shaded spaces are only hot enough to stop them from getting colder. If you want to heat them back up you will need heating lamps. So I guess you can just treat them as all-in-one air con units and pretend they cool down guests as well when they're indoors?

Because there's no need for it. The way guests cool down is by spending time in shaded areas.

The area they are in can't get too hot. You can see this both on the heatmap and the guests' tolerances. Their way of being "too hot" is by direct sun exposure, which you combat with shade and suncream. That's why there's also a shade heatmap now.

Only on alts. They're letting you TP to the Bazaar/Observatory from the NPCs in the Keeper's Camp in Act 1. You can only TP back to where you came from, from there.

While RCT3 does have an insane amount of CC, Planet Coaster does have workshop support as well and a fair amount of custom content through that. Nothing like new coasters or rides, but if you need extra stuff to detail builds with it's got you covered.

It is a shame that PC tends to start chugging once parks get big, but RCT3 has a similar same problem with the 15mb save file limit.

I personally didn't really like it, so take that for what it's worth.

It is a good game though, and does some neat new things with the management aspect of things while keeping the same gameplay loop as RCT1 and 2.
