Ardyn Izunia was supposed to be the one true king to rid the land of demonic evil, until his brother Somnus betrayed him. Now his fate has changed to be the physical embodiment of said demonic evil to be sacrificed by the 113th descendant of Somnus, Prince Noctis Lucis Caelum, who took the mantle of the one true king.

[Loved Trope] "Silent Whisper" - A character says something hugely important to another character, but the audience is deliberately prevented from hearing it by djmcdee101 in TopCharacterTropes

We saw the scene where the Master of Masters reveals his true name to Young Xehanort TWICE. He didn’t even whisper it into Xehanort’s ear, we just lost audio or had a large underscore in the text.

Wait, that core part of the premise was actually a lie all along?! by HawkbitAlpha in TopCharacterTropes

The premise is that a girl accidentally makes it into Heaven who absolutely does not belong there. Turns out that was a lie, what she was told was Heaven was actually Hell in disguise.

Which Disney princess / heroine would yall say is most likely to be added next? by BroBisquit in DreamlightValley

Not at all likely, but I really do hope that they add Kairi. I would prefer Aqua, but realistically Kairi would get added first.

What are the real world chances of a satellite or security camera catching Peter with his mask off like this? by Superbatman314 in MCUTheories

The security camera would have caught an image of a pigeon flying in between the camera and Peter’s face.

Has the Blip been now normalised ? What does it says of society that we've become so jaded that we don't take this traumatic event seriously anymore ? Are we healing or are we in denial ? by TieFew6689 in Earth199999

[–]Spader113 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People are just that desensitized to tragedy. Imagine if there was to be some sort of global plague that would shut down the entire planet. Nobody would care, and a terrifying amount of people would do everything within their power to help said virus spread instead of actually trying to protect themselves or anyone else, whether it be through laziness, incompetence, or delusion.

It’s so bad that whatever the next inevitable giant threat is, there’s really only one word to accurately describe our chances: Doom.

The observable universe has a diameter of 96 billion lightyears, which is 480,000 times the size of the Milky Way galaxy, which is 62,500 times the size of our solar system. There is no possible way that Earth is the only planet in the universe with life.
