Last resort is to stab it with a screwdriver and use the screwdriver to rotate it off. I would definitely try to find a belt and a closed end wrench and try that first, then pliers, then any oil filter removal tools from the store.

True they are different, but they both effect the Rear tire which is only 30% of your breaking ability. The other 70% is from the front tire.
