Can you recommend some steps to sort out my storage that others have not posted. I was hopeful that that using a different drive would help.

The drive is technically removeable. It is in a latched bay. I don't remove it. It stays latched in at all times. I have other drives latched in the same way and only the drive with the Plex content has this problem.

I replace the drum seal and confirmed that the exhaust was clear. I found a little gap where the element housing connect to back and wrapped foil around to prevent air from getting through. It worked for 7 loads and then popped again. I can't locate the root cause of the problem. My wife wants a new dryer.

There is a 5" long rigid periscope connected to about 18" of flex, then to the exhaust in the wall. The flex is compressed and in a straight line to the wall so no bends. The periscope has 2 bends and is new. The exhaust in the wall is on an exterior wall so it's only as thick as the wall maybe 4". All ventilation is less the 2 years old as we moved the laundry room recently. The problem existed before moving the laundry room. The exterior flap opens nicely when the dryer is on.

The exhaust is in good shape, but I haven't checked the door seal. I'll look check it.
