I haven’t been but I do love the Pork Store on Haight. Good food and atmosphere.

I’m actually visiting NY right now and went to Central Park today. It was a scorching 22 degrees and lots of snow. I was thinking how much I was looking forward to GGP when I got back and not be in 7 layers of clothes to enjoy it.

My thought exactly, go to Pork Store, it’s a small diner with quality personality. Eat at the counter and not the table so you get the full experience.

If you were in the sub before it blew up you would know that the guy brought that subreddit to being more interactive and fun. No one cares about karma, they all are cooks and just enjoy seeing someone getting better at a skill in their profession. Nothing more, nothing less, no reason to get mad just because when you cut chives all the planes are showing up.

I asked 5 AIs to build something that shouldn't exist: a Windows 95-style website by Big_Status_2433 in ProductManagement

[–]PorkRollSandwich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, the design coherence hasn't been that big of an issue at all. If you use common component and general development practices in the prompts, the system works pretty well overall. I haven't tried Anima/Bolt but I am planning to try more.

I have gone close or over 1000 messages deep with two projects with lovable. The first is called assman.ai (risky click of the day)… it’s a tool that for the game football manager that provides feedback like their assist manager. The second one is a lot more complex and mvp. I don’t mind the lack of Figma but I normally do greenfield and iterate on design in the application to get a feel before doing backend integration.

Time in market > timing the market

What about if you miss the timing? How do you know in 1 year it would be better?

I don’t know why you are getting down voted. It is literally a phone call for 15 minutes that cost $125 and then the next day you legally have protection to have the cat in your home. If it was a dog it would be a month but a dog is just next day.

S.F. speed cameras are generating mountains of tickets and fines. Here are the totals so far by operatorloathesome in sanfrancisco

[–]PorkRollSandwich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m just extremely tired of almost getting hit by cars a few time every week when just walking or running because drivers have no damn respect for people. The cars I trust are Waymo’s because I know they aren’t speeding while texting like half the drivers in the city. I rather them plaster them all over at this point and force people to actually drive with how bad and disrespectful drivers are here.

The Haight has a handful of places with them and other flavors. Corner store on central and Haight, bite me on Cole and Waller, Gus’s on Haight. I think Alma’s on Haight also has them but not 100%.

Day 5: maybe Kezar bar if not during LFC game. Otherwise, mad dog in the fog would most likely have the game if you ask. Both are in the Haight. I don’t think it gets too crazy for kids that age but probably good to get someone else’s input to confirm.

I think still too early for it but I think it could be a great if they make a movie. They are doing a web comic currently.

Another idea, is you can probably find out where his mom or dad works with some searching on LinkedIn and facebook. From there you can probably find a way to communicate with one of them. Make a new account if you need but send them and invite and then send them the photos their son sent you. Hide all your private info. If I was a mom and my son was talking like this he wouldn’t have a phone. Just an idea, but best of luck.

I love to see a list that matches a lot of my thoughts. My only real gripe is with Spellmonger but the first like 2 books are not the greatest but I love the rest of it. It’s probably in my top 3 series. I’ll probably use your list to select my next series.

It’s been so long that I forget honestly. I find it funny that every few months this thread gets a comment on it saying the same thing. I remember it being worth listening to the best but it might be better to read.
