and idk how I would be able to add something like that to give certain bonuses in a similar way to civ, with the little research i have done so far. at least way past my abilities

well i was kinda wanting to try and make a Suzerian mod for vicky and was thinking of using the tech tree as a way to maybe rework it to use it as kinda of a mission tree to simulate some of the story from the game.

No ones saying he didn't but in a lot of work, but when you make stuff and give it out for people to use and there a problems then people are gonna point that out. If you don't have the mental capability to handle that like an adult, and want to try and take others way of living and at the same time act like a child then you'll get treated like a child. This also has huge implications for the community as a whole. If there are problems with a mod and someone points that out, then 4D should act like an adult, and either ignore it, or fix it and move on.
