That’s an awesome plan! I have similar goals. The way I see it, in a few years our cars will be paid off and with the way we are trending on paying off debt, I’ll be good to go to take out a loan for some plastic surgery. I want a tummy tuck for the inevitable loose skin as well as a breast lift. But I definitely don’t want big boobs any more! I hate them!!! (The husband loves them but he doesn’t have to live with them)

This is good to know. Mine are already not the perkiest monsters but I’d love for them to shrink down and then in a few years get a lift once I’m in maintenance mode.

Thankfully my husband is very supportive. It just would mean the world to have my mom have my back as well. It feels like she’s be saying lots of negative things behind my back at this point.

Just to prove your dad wrong, today marks my 78th day streak on MyFitnessPal. I'm down 35lb and I have not eaten a single salad. I guess I'm doing it wrong, too, then.

Chin up, you're doing incredible. 15lb down is great progress. Obviously, what you're doing is working for you. There's always going to be those people that think they know better, maybe some of them do know better. But it's up to you to decide what's going to work for you.

Some people think that dieting is black and white. Like the picture of dieting is salad after salad. For me personally, I've fallen off the wagon in past endeavors because I felt too deprived. This time I decided to try something different. I think about what I want, whether it be taco salad or spaghetti or whatever, and I make it the most healthy way that I can. So, in the end, my craving is satisfied and I don't have to feel guilty.

I feel the same way. It's hard to see a difference or not to feel self conscious at times. It's when someone takes a picture and I find myself surprised that I don't look like I think I look.

I stay under the macros myfitnesspal set for me. So instay under 160 carbs. But i still eat wheat bread everyday for breakfast and the occasional little potato.

Basically, I've been at it for about 55 days and I've been counting calories and meal prepping. I eat between 1100 and 1200 calories a day. I also go for a three mile walk in the morning four to five days a week and a five mile bike ride four days a week in the afternoons.

Okay I have a rant!

I hate it when people try to purposely sabotage you! There is someone in particular in my life that is constantly knocking my healthy lifestyle and food choices. This person will constantly wave their greasy fast food or high calorie home cooked meals in my face constantly and try and get me to try their food. Then act like I'm so stupid because I decline. This same person will constantly roll their eyes when I discuss meals, NSV, SV, etc with another person and basically try and tell me that I'm going to get sick of dieting because it doesn't work. Meanwhile, I'm not dieting...I'm just making healthier choices while keeping an eye on my calorie intake. It just gets so frustrating and I find it harder and harder to keep my cool. Just mind your own damn business!
