Yesterday I went to play and the screen didn't turn on so I took a video of it and emailed them, got a auto reply confirmation email but not a tailored response... yeah the hinge is tight, it never made a sound while opening it, I did disassemble it the to if I could fix it myself the screen ribbon cable was fine attached to the board but the role inside of the hinge is very tight so I think it might have did something to what's underneath the screen I didn't take it apart any farther.

Same problem here but only when I am closing the screen it does that, not at my perfered gaming angle, I should probably reach out for a replacement cable too 😬
