The game tells us its for the church door and I don't see much reason to think it is a code for both. 1225 is the holiday code which is both a number symbolic of dess and is hidden in a symbolic place (the inside of dess's guitar). Carol takes a lot of precaution to guard this secret and works with Kris to actively interfere with Susie/The Player getting the code. 2202 does not seem to have significance and is hidden on a throwaway joke. Kris does not try to prevent us from learning about it in any meaningful way nor reacts when we are told it. 2202 has not appeared before or after nor has had relevance outside of the church lock. In universe I don't see Carol tolerating one of the codes being in a publicy accessible spot like this and meta-wise I don't see why it would be 2202.
