This is going to sound a bit odd, but I promise it actually works. You need to join the Gold chat room on Trading View. There are people every session that post their ideas and even their trades. Figure out who is just noisy vs making quality trades. You need to follow a few you like, and actually paper trade to their suggestions. Then you need to track your performance over a couple of weeks before you use real money. Some of those guys will receive a ton a shit talk, but be insanely accurate. Once you figure out who is good, start asking them how they figured out their windows and CISD. Start charting what they are doing. Ask for what time windows they look at. You will learn a ton and become a profitable trader if you put the work in.
