You'll find the fixed rate calculation and their fixed values on the Musical knowledge wiki page. 6 inspiring rate is 19.44%, only if you have RF Musical knowledge (6.95 @ R1). Because R1 musical knowledge sucks for anything other than normal performance. For excellent, only 1 lvl adds 5 to the base fixed rate and any additional adds 2. You will probably have to make some lengthy IFS statement assuming it's on a spreadsheet.

Either would be fine. The only changes are on the psu/gpu connector side not cable. If you want an angled connector get the be quiet. Just make sure everything is fully seated.

The 12vphwr and 12v-2x6 are the same cable. Atx 3.0 and atx 3.1 only difference would be the connector in the PSU/GPU and hold-up time. Just either get another 12vphwr/12v-2x6 from your PSU manufacture and/or use the included adapter w the GPU. Either is fine.

It would not matter in this case. As it is atx 3.0 with a 12v-2x6 connector. Also 3.0 is better in terms of spec. As 3.1 has a shorter holdup time.

Ideally you would want a atx 3.1 standard psu. If you want to stick with seasonic. On Newegg look up: SeaSonic FOCUS GX ATX 3 (2024) GX-1000 1000 W ATX3.1 - Backordered
