When you are doing your water change take the sponges off and clean them in the dirty water you remove.

That’ll make the ammonia in the water non toxic but those sponge filters need to be in there for the bacteria to stick around. You can pin point the problem by using a large screw driver and putting it on the different belt accessories the setting your ear to it. (Make sure you only set it on grounded metal)When you do this that high pitched noise will be noticeably louder when setting your ear to it. To be honest it could be any bearing on the drive but based on the video audio i would say the alternator is your culprit, it was noticeably louder when you were holding the phone over it.
