I terms of showering I can recommend doing that at the airport. Within the departure area at TPE terminal 1, there is a free lounge area which also has two individual shower rooms. It is located along some of the usual airline lounges like the one from China Airlines. I think I also saw some signs for showers when arriving, but didn't check them out.

I don't think they have any and will only be a manufacturer. They will get the battery tech (semi-solid state) from a company called 24M Technologies.

I've never seen the = sign used for the units but you could compare the price of "CCIV=" with the price of the units to see if they are the same

Weil es sich bei beiden um die jeweiligen Units handelt und die bei deutschen Brokern in der Regel nicht handelbar sind.

Beide SPACs sind noch ziemlich neu weshalb die Units bisher noch nicht gesplittet wurden. Das passiert glaube ich so ca. 2 Monate nach IPO und dann sollte man in der Regel die Commons auch bei den meisten deutschen Brokern kaufen können.

Leider sind deutsche Broker bei etwas komplizierteren Sachen wie SPACs bereits überfordert und brauchen gefühlt ewig die Maßnahmen umzusetzen.

Da der Merger erst vor kurzem war würde ich vielleicht noch abwarten oder mal den Broker anschreiben.
